Back in the late 1990s Heavy Load founders, husband and wife team Rob & Karen decided it was time for a club night that reflected their musical tastes.  In May 1999 Heavy Load was born and a monthly journey meeting like minded people that wanted to Rock began. After 26 years and 7 months we called time on the club night, going out to a packed New Year's Eve party on December 31st 2024/25
